Founded in 2019, Woodland Homes is led by master builder Shane Gabriel and his life and business partner, Melissa, who spearheads the legal, sustainability, and marketing aspects of the business. Shane began his construction career in the year 2000, gaining experience in an immeasurable number of renovations, major developments, and custom home builds across Vancouver, Alberta, and Ontario. He has held lead foreman roles with well-known custom home-building firms and large-scale millwork and cabinetry production facilities, giving him the ability to provide innovative design solutions and technically precise installations to his clients.
Unlike many larger firms, Woodland Homes takes a client-first approach, handling one project at a time to ensure unparalleled attention to detail. As an experienced general contractor, we work closely with homeowners to navigate every stage of the renovation building process, from planning and design to permitting and construction.
