SITE VISIT

An initial site inspection is scheduled to discuss the vision for your home renovation or new structure. During this visit, we will take measurements and discuss your vision and assess its feasibility.
CORRESPONDENCE

For small projects, we’ll need further communication to provide an accurate quote. We strive to make renovations accessible in today’s economy. Woodland will provide approximate price ranges for each room based on your wish list and discuss project feasibility in relation to your rough budget. This process saves time for both you and Woodland. If something is out of reach, don’t hesitate to ask for assistance—we can make adjustments by substituting materials from a wide range of available products. Once you’re comfortable with the rough price ranges, we can move forward and refine the formal quotation in the following steps.

DRAWINGS + PERMITS
Commitment Required $
Your commitment is needed for large projects that require licensing, permits and drawings. Projects that require permits include renovations that involve new structural, mechanical and electrical circuits. All new builds require permits and the most detailed drawing sets. If you are interested in building new, we encourage you to contact us today to begin this more involved process. Not to worry, we will discuss the estimated costs in detail, ensuring you have peace of mind and transparency before you commit.
REVIEW+PRESENTATION

While the designers + architects begin to bring the project to life, the scope of work is reviewed with you one final time to ensure we plan the perfect space and address all of your questions. Woodland will present a formal agreement outlining the scope of work, legal terms, and a simplified payment structure. We are known for our no-surprise, easy-to-understand, all-inclusive, detailed contractual agreements. We have every detail covered for our mutual protection!

COMMITMENT + DEPOSIT

At this point we hope we have earned your trust. You have complete peace of mind knowing we are an accredited Baeumler Approved builder, which demonstrates our commitment to honesty, quality and integrity. You have now decided to proceed, and the next step is to sign the agreement, accompanied by a deposit to solidify your commitment.
COMMUNICATION

We provide ongoing text and email updates to keep you informed from start dates to trade installations and inspections. Text threads work best, especially with multiple owners, allowing quick access to photos and discussions for real-time decisions. We offer complete peace of mind by documenting important project milestones with photos and videos. While site meetings and phone calls are important, we believe that clear digital communication keeps the project well-organized and accountable. This approach ensures smooth collaboration between Woodland, tradespeople, and customers, making sure every detail is covered for a seamless experience from start to finish.

CONSTRUCTION
Payment Schedule $
Our company is on site nearly every day during your project. Unlike some builders who can be distant, failing to keep you in the loop, we maintain your trust by being present. We typically take on only 1 or at most 2 projects at a time. Woodland’s owner is traditionally at your home every day during the workweek, overseeing your investment while working, training and planning. Our payment schedule is the simplest and safest in the industry for homeowners. After the deposit, you only have to make minimal payments every two weeks once we start. You only pay for work performed based on 2 full-time, Monday-Friday workweeks. Customers are always at ease seeing quantitative results before making their next instalment.
PROJECT COMPLETION
Final Payment $
Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to inspect the finished project and ensure your complete satisfaction and our brand’s high standards. Once you verify that the quality is there and all promises outlined in your signed agreement have been fulfilled, we shake hands! We thank you for your business and for your trust in us!
